Trick or Treason is the story behind the 1980s darkest political mystery, whether the 1980 Reagan-Bush campaign secretly sabotaged President Carters desperate negotiations to free 52 Americans held hostage in Iran. The book -- a narrative of Robert Parrys investigation for PBS Frontline -- takes the reader into a world where nothing is quite as it seems and political power is used ruthlessly to cover up the truth.
